Description
A project of fun way to get acquainted with Piešťany for all children (especially for these living here as well as for those who are about to visit it). They got to know the town from all angles during the thematic outings. They visited important landmarks, works of art and monuments; they walked the parks, admired foreign flora in Piešťany, drank from the healing springs and got to know the spa; they also discovered the prominent personalities who lived in this town and they joined in the preparation of original town guidebook directed to them – the children. Unusual expeditions were supplemented with creative activities: quizzes, visual arts workshops and didactic games. The project was supported by the grant scheme “A chance for your region” organised by Konto Orange, n.f.
